Section 21
SPECIAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO AUCTION SALES

(1) Notwithstanding anything written in Section 17, in the course of the investigation and investigation of the offence, if any property or instrument taken into custody pursuant to paragraph-2 rusts, breaks or decays or causes damage due to any other reason, the department or the concerned district administration office shall If the related case is under investigation and investigation, after consulting the relevant government lawyer and if the case has already been submitted to the court, the permission of the court should be taken before the seizure of such property or instrument. (3) In the case of sub-section (1) or (2), the department or district administration office shall follow the procedure as per this paragraph when auctioning property or equipment.
(4) According to this section, the department or the district administration office shall provide the relevant court with the details regarding the amount received during the sale of property or equipment by auction and other specified details within seven days of the auction.
